WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept payment at time of service. You may submit your bill to your insurance for potential reimbursement depending on your plan. See attached worksheet for assistance with contacting your health insurance plan.
Medicare: We are not currently accepting Medicare clients for physical therapy services. If you have Medicare coverage, you may only be seen by a Physical Therapist who is a participating provider with Medicare. Please call to discuss our therapeutic wellness program options optimized specifically for patients with neuromuscular conditions or for assistance with finding a medicare provider.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
The District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia allow for direct access physical therapy meaning no referral or prescription is required to initiate treatment. Referrals are recommended when submitting to insurance for reimbursement.
